You’ll mostly be in touch with me—Anna—as I’ll be leading your project and serving as your main point of contact throughout. Behind the scenes, my husband Zino handles the technical side of things, and we collaborate with a designer and copywriter who support us with content as needed. While we’re a small team, everything runs through me to ensure clear communication and a smooth, personal experience from start to finish.
When you click the “Request a Discovery Call” button, you’ll be taken to a short Google Form where you can tell us more about your idea and business. Your responses are kept confidential and are used only to help us determine if we're the right fit for each other.
Since we offer a limited number of discovery calls, we’ll review your answers carefully. If we believe we can genuinely help you, you’ll receive an email with a calendar link to book your free call. If it’s not quite the right match, we’ll still follow up with an email full of helpful tips and resources to support your business growth.
After our demo call—if you decide to move forward—we’ll send over a detailed proposal that includes the main package and any add-ons you’ve selected. You’ll have the chance to review it and request any adjustments.
Once everything looks good, we’ll issue a standard service contract with the final pricing. As soon as the contract is signed and payment is completed, we’ll begin the project.
You can pay by bank transfer or credit card, and we’ll provide an official invoice for your records.
We kick things off with a planning call where we go over the project plan, key milestones, and everything we’ll need from you. Typically, that includes photos, written content, course materials, access to a Stripe account, and a purchased domain. We’ll take care of everything else on your behalf.
Once we have your materials, we’ll begin building your site. Within 7 business days, you’ll receive the first full version. During that time, we’ll stay in touch with updates, give you sneak peeks, and collaborate on revisions if needed.
After the initial delivery, you’ll have the opportunity to request final revisions, which we’ll complete within 2 business days. Once finalized, your website will be live and ready to go!
We’ll also schedule a training session to walk you through how to manage your site, plus we’ll share helpful resources so you feel confident moving forward.
Our goal is your complete satisfaction, so we offer 30 days of post-launch support for minor edits or questions. After that, you're welcome to continue with us on a support or hourly basis—or confidently take the reins with everything we’ve taught you.

And when your course is ready, we’ll upload and publish it for you at no extra cost—because you’ve already paid for it in your original package. This will not affect the 7-day delivery of the website with a placeholder course.
